"How to measure your wrist"

To determine bracelet size, measure the wrist with a flexible tape measure just below the bone. Measure snug, then add 1½". If wrist size is unknown, keep in mind that 7½" is the average bracelet length.
Our bracelets are custom made to fit. Please measure carefully as resizing charges do apply.

Jewelry Care

When cleaning any jewelry we recommend that you use a mild soap and water solution and pat dry. Sterling Silver can tarnish. Tarnishing is a natural process caused by oxidation and can be removed by rubbing gently with a cloth. If your piece contains sterling silver, a polishing cloth may be purchased to safely clean your jewelry. This cloth contains special cleaning compounds and should not be washed. We recommend this to keep your jewelry look like a fine piece of jewelry.

- Never use jewelry cleaner on pearls or Semi-Precious Stones as the stones may lose its luster.
- Do not use tarnish removing dips on jewelry that has decorative oxidation such as Bali Silver or Letter Blocks.
- Removing your Bracelet when applying lotion will keep your bracelet cleaner.
- When not wearing your silver pieces, store them in ziplock bags. This will help prevent tarnishing.

Regarding Baby & Childrens Bracelets:

Our Bracelets contain small parts. Bracelets should not be worn by infants or children while sleeping. They are intended as Heirloom Keepsakes and should be worn with adult supervision at all times.

Warranty:

Your bracelet is under warrantee against manufacturing defects for 6 months from date of purchase. If manufacturing defects are found upon our inspection, we will repair (or replace at our discretion) your bracelet during the first 6 months. Wear of the finish of silver and gold plated crystal rhinestone rondelles is not covered under this warranty. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Upon inspection, you will be contacted if any additional charges are required.

FREE ground shipping on all orders within the United States only. Shipping Ground via United States Postal Service. We will ship within 3 - 5 days of receiving your order. Please allow up to approximately 2 - 3 weeks for delivery of your bracelet. Rush delivery is available at the customers expense. Contact us for International shipping rates.
